Students honor first responders

Photos Special to The Record

Students around the Archdiocese of Louisville reached out to first responders Sept. 30 to show their appreciation. Schools honored the men and women who serve the community in a variety of ways. Notre Dame Academy, above, and St. Stephen Martyr School, below, invited first responders to a special breakfast with students. Other schools held special time for prayer and devoted their morning broadcasts to first responders.
