A “Day of the Laity” — sponsored by the Our Lady Queen of Peace Chapter of the Dominican Laity — will be held June 3 from 9 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. at St. Louis Bertrand Church, 1104 S. Sixth Street.
Father Jeffrey Hopper will present a talk called “Bringing the Divine Office to the Parish” and George Thompson will speak on “Benedictine Oblates of Saint Meinrad Archabbey.”
Registration will begin at 9 a.m. in O’Brien Hall. Participants are asked to bring their own lunch. Drinks will be provided. To make a reservation, email RSVP@louisvillelaydominicans.org.
