A series of free programs to help parents and students in sixth through 11th grades prepare for college is planned at the Catholic Enrichment Center, 3146 W. Broadway.
The College Readiness Series will include “The Personal Statement” workshop on May 13 at 10 a.m. and a “FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid)” workshop on May 27 at 10 a.m.
The programs are provided through a partnership between the Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority, Simmons College of Kentucky and the Catholic Enrichment Center, which is part of the Archdiocese of Louisville’s Office of Multicultural Ministry.
