The Catholic Enrichment Center of the Archdiocese of Louisville’s Office of Multicultural Ministry will host the Family Health Fair on Sept. 17 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Center, 3146 West Broadway.
Offerings at the fair will include HIV testing, blood pressure checks and diabetes testing. Other activities will include CPR information classes, massages, caregiver support speakers, healthy eating information, mental health information and Alzheimer’s disease information. Door prizes will be given away every hour and participants must be present to win.
This event is also sponsored by Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc, Pi Lambda Omega Chapter and the Beautiful Women of Quality, Inc. For more information, call the CEC at 776-0262. Some funding for the event was made possible by the Catholic Services Appeal.
