Ann Carol Grant, assistant principal at Sacred Heart Model School (SHMS), was honored with the Sacred Heart Schools Francesconi Award of Integrity. Grant has served as assistant principal at SHMS since 2012 and as interim principal from 2014 to present.
The Francesconi Award of Integrity was established in 2003 and presented annually to “one employee who has contributed significantly to the school and or the Louisville community and enriches the lives of those around him or her by living the mission of Sacred Heart Schools,” said a statement from the school. Grant “loves children and put their interest at the heart of decisions. She has given time and talent beyond the call of duty,” the statement said.
