Eight students who attend Catholic high schools were selected for the 2016 Mayor’s Outstanding Seniors award.
The students and their schools are:

- Holy Cross High School — Jordan Reinhart
- Mercy Academy — Candance Cox
- Presentation Academy — Samantha Kolb
- Sacred Heart Academy — Elizabeth Steiner
- St. Xavier High School — James Dawson
- Trinity High School — Jorge Rojas Ortega
