The third Hispanic Encuentro will be held on Sept. 19 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at St. Pius X Church, 3521 Goldsmith Lane.
The theme of the conference is “The Family and its Mission.” The day will include Mass with Archbishop Joseph E. Kurtz, the opportunity for reconciliation, speakers and workshops for the whole family.
Speakers will include Father Rafael Capó, director of the Southeast Pastoral Institute, and several local priests and staff of the Office of Multicultural Ministry.
The cost is $25 for adults, $10 for students in middle or high school and $5 for children in preschool to fifth grade.
