Mercy plans Golf Classic June 16 to aid tuition fund

Mercy Academy will host its 13th annual Golf Classic on June 16 at Wildwood Country Club, 5000 Bardstown Road. The event benefits the school’s tuition assistance program.

Check-in begins at 11:30 a.m. and participants will receive a boxed lunch. Play on the 18-hole course begins at noon with a shotgun start. The classic also will include several course contests, a silent auction and door prizes.

The event will conclude with a dinner and ceremony to recognize winners in the golf classic.
