Breen, the parish’s pastor; Steve Wiser (at rear), who designed the marker; co-chair Joseph Zimlich; the mayor; Rebecca Riddle of the Kentucky Historical Society; and Father Jerry Eifler, former St. Frances pastor, who inaugurated the architectural redesign of the church and former parish school, which is now the Clifton Center.
