Interfaith Power & Light will hold dinner May 22

Father Charles Morris, a priest of the Archdiocese of Detroit, will be the keynote speaker at Kentucky Interfaith Power & Light’s annual dinner and awards presentation on May 22. The event will be held at St. Paul United Methodist Church, 2000 Douglass Boulevard.

Father Morris, who will speak on the theme “Planting Hope, Harvesting Love,” is the founder and director of Michigan’s Interfaith Power & Light. The organization promotes a religious response to climate change by advocating for energy conservation, efficiency and alternatives among religious organizations.
