Interfaith environmental event set March 9

“Ground for Hope,” a Kentuckiana and Louisville interfaith environmental event, will be held from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. March 9 at Highland Baptist Church, 1101 Cherokee Road. Keynote presenters will include Evangelical leader Richard Cizik, Dominican Sister Claire McGowan, Rabbi Joe Rapport, and Sufi leader Camille Helminski.

Workshop leaders will include Dr. Trish Tull of the Louisville Presbyterian Seminary, the Rev. Fletcher Harper, Tim Darst and Father Joe Mitchell. The event is being sponsored by
