Catholics @ the Capitol events are scheduled

Catholics interested in learning about issues important to the Catholic Church that are expected to be considered during the 2015 session of the Kentucky General Assembly are invited to attend a Catholics @ The Capitol regional event.

The Catholic Conference of Kentucky (CCK,) the public policy arm of the state’s Catholic bishops, will present the programs at parishes around Kentucky. In the Archdiocese of Louisville, CCK staff will discuss issues and proposed legislation on the following dates and locations:

Dec. 2 at St. John the Apostle Church in Brandenburg, Ky., at 7 p.m.
Dec. 14 at Christ the Healer Church in Edmonton, Ky., at 2 p.m.
Jan. 10 at St. Catharine College’s Pettus Auditorium, Springfield, Ky., from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Jan. 14 at St. Raphael Church, 2900 Bardstown Road, at 4 p.m.
