As the end of 2017 approaches, there is still time to consider year-end charitable contributions.
Parishioners may donate appreciated stock to parishes, parish schools or the Archdiocese of Louisville.
Donors are encouraged to consult with a qualified tax professional to determine tax savings for specific circumstances.
To qualify for 2017 tax benefits, stock ownership must be transferred by Dec. 31.
A simple stock transfer form is available at www.archlou.org.
