Mr. and Mrs. Chuck Harper, members of Holy Trinity Church, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on Feb. 23. Mrs. Harper, the former Debbie Hyberger, works as a registered nurse for Doctors for Healthy Communities. Mr. Harper retired from banking in 2021. The couple have two children and four grandchildren.
