Trinity senior to attend senate youth program

Trinity High School senior Nicholas Huls has been selected to attend the 58th annual United States Senate Youth Program March 7-14 in Washington, D.C.

While in D.C. Huls will take part in a week-long study of the federal government, the political process and legislators, according to a press release from the U.S. Senate Youth Program. Huls has also received a $10,000 college scholarship. He is one of two students selected from the state of Kentucky.
