Marriage Announcements

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding or recent marriage! We invite couples marrying in the Catholic Church in the Archdiocese of Louisville to announce this happy occasion for FREE in The Record.

Weddings are announced three times a year — in March, July and November. To submit an announcement, fill out the form below, and don’t forget to attach a photo at the end. If you have trouble attaching an electronic file (JPEG or PDF), you can e-mail it to record@archlou.org. Hard copies can be mailed to our office: Attn: Marriage, The Record, 1200 South Shelby St., Louisville, KY 40203. Please indicate the name of the bride and groom on the back of the photo.

If you missed the chance to place your free announcement prior to your wedding date, you can submit a marriage announcement prior to your first anniversary. Use this form to submit your announcement.
Be sure to register and/or change your address with your parish to continue receiving The Record at home.
