St. Mary’s Center ‘Swashbuckler’s Ball’ to be Jan. 31

St. Mary’s Center will hold its 10th annual Swashbuckler’s Ball on Jan. 31 at the Marriot Louisville East, 1903 Embassy Square Boulevard. The event, which includes cocktails, dinner and dancing to live music provided by “Speed Limit,” begins at 6:30 p.m. and the emcee will be Dawn Gee.
Proceeds from the event will benefit St. Mary’s, a non-profit center that serves teens and adults with intellectual disabilities. It is located at 14207 Aiken Road and is currently working with more than 150 families.
Tickets are $125 per person; tickets for the after-dinner party only, which starts at 8:30 p.m. are $75. Costumes are optional. For more information, visit www.sain
