St. Luke parishioner creates video documenting World Youth Day

John Sohl, a parishioner of St. Luke Church, compiled a short film detailing his experience at World Youth Day in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, this past summer.

Sohl and seven others from the Archdiocese of Louisville, were part of a group of 16 from the St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Campus Center at Western Kentucky University.

In the eight-minute video Sarah Rogers of St. Aloysius Church, Shepherdsville, Ky., said “I came here to be with these awesome people, to share the love of God, to share the love around us. All the countries united through Jesus, through his love.”
