The St. John Center for homeless men will host the “Raisin’ the Rent” fundraising event at the Mellwood Art Center, 1860 Mellwood Avenue, Feb. 28.
Television personality Dawne Gee will serve as the mistress of ceremonies and live music will be provided by “The Remedy.”
The silent auction begins at 7 p.m. with hors d’oeuvres from 7:30 to 8:15 p.m. The program will start at 8:30 p.m. There will be a free shuttle service available to transport guests from the parking lot to event room 3.
