St. Dominic School honors alumni and Hall of Fame inductees

St. Dominic School in Springfield, Ky., honored several alumni and supporters of the school during its second annual Night of Knights celebration on Feb. 8. The celebration drew about 250 alumni, faculty, staff and friends of the school.

The Alumnus of the Year Award was presented to Mary Ann Hale. The award is presented to a graduate who has enriched his or her community and the lives of those around them and brought distinction to the school.

Two women received the school’s Knight Award, which is given to individuals who are not graduates but who have contributed significantly to the St. Dominic community. The recipients were Catherine Clements and Joyce Boone.

In addition, three people were inducted into the school’s Hall of Fame. They are Wassie Parrott, Bill Smith and Perry Carrico.
