St. Agnes welcomes new citizens

St. Agnes School, 1920 Newburg Road, hosted a Naturalization Ceremony Jan. 25.

The school’s gym hosted the United States District Court, Western District of Kentucky, for the proceedings.

Seventy-seven individuals from 36 countries took the oath of allegiance and became citizens of the United States. St. Agnes seventh- and eighth-graders watched the ceremony, and the school’s advanced choir sang the national anthem.

The St. Agnes Advanced Choir sang the national anthem.
