Spalding to host contemporary writing festival May 26 – June 1

Spalding University’s Festival of Contemporary Writing, set for May 26 through June 1, will feature a presentation May 30 by “critically acclaimed” British novelist Rachel Seiffert.

Seiffert, Who is Spalding’s Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in writing program distinguished visiting writer, will present from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Egan Leadership Center, 901 S. Fourth St. A book signing will follow.

The festival will also include presentations from faculty and alumni of the school’s MFA program.
