Sister of Charity of Nazareth Eunice Ann Arnold dies at 87

Sister of Charity of Nazareth Eunice Ann Arnold, 87, a native of Memphis, Tenn., died Nov. 20 at Nazareth Home. She had been a religious for 67 years.

Sister Arnold served in community service and elementary education in Kentucky and Maryland for 23 years. She served at the Camp Maria Retreat Center in Maryland for 27 years and came to Nazareth Home, 2000 Newburg Road, this year.

Survivors include a sister, Jean Sigman, and a brother, Frederick E. Arnold, both of Memphis, and members of her religious community.

Visitation will be from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Nazareth Home today, Nov. 26,and after 4 p.m. in St. Vincent Church, Nazareth, Ky. There will be a prayer service in St. Vincent Church at 6:30 p.m. this evening.                        

The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Nov. 27 at St. Vincent. Burial will be in Nazareth Cemetery.
