Serra luncheon honors seminarians

Seminarians for the Archdiocese of Louisville, some of whom are pictured above, attended the annual Serra Club Luncheon at the Maloney Center, 1200 S. Shelby St., Aug. 15. The luncheon honors seminarians and those who work in vocations. It gives archdiocesan agency directors and staff members an opportunity to meet seminarians. Currently, the archdiocese has 17 seminarians in various stages of formation.The Serra Club is dedicated to fostering religious vocations. It holds a monthly meeting (announced each month in The Record Bulletin Board section) and other activities throughout the year.
