Sacred Heart Model School is seeking nominations for its 2013 Alumnus of the Year and other honors. Recipients of awards will be honored Sept. 15 during the school’s 2013 All Class Alumni Back to Campus Celebration.
The Alumnus of the Year award will honor a graduate whose achievements in his or her profession or volunteerism has made a significant contribution to the betterment of society. Nominees must have attended or graduated from Sacred Heart Model School at least 10 years ago.
Alumni who graduated or attended SHMS fewer than 10 years ago are eligible for the Young Alumnus Achievement Award, given to someone who has contributed significantly to their community. The Former Faculty Award will be given to an instructor who taught full-time at the school for at least five years, and the Former Parent Award will honor devoted parents of SHMS students.
