‘Rock the heart’ match will benefit scholarship fund

The Trinity High School lacrosse team will play the Sacred Heart Academy lacrosse team in a “Rock the Heart” benefit match Oct. 17 at 7 p.m. at Sacred Heart’s Horton Field, 3177 Lexington Road.

Funds raised from the match will benefit the “Savannah Walker Scholarship Fund.” Walker was a University of Louisville student when she was shot and killed during a concert at the Tim Faulkner Gallery in March. Walker played lacrosse as a high school student. The event is open to the public and tickets are $5. Children 10 and under enter free
