Retreats for teens and young adults planned in February

The Archdiocese of Louisville will present two retreats in February designed for young people.

  • The Teens and Twenties Encounter Christ (TEC) retreat will be held Feb. 13 to 15 at the Flaget Center, 1935 Lewiston Drive. The retreat is designed for high school juniors through college-age and young adults. It will include small group interaction, games, music, rituals and prayers. The cost is $110.
  • “On the Side of Angels,” a retreat for high school students, will be held Feb. 26 to 28 at the Mount St. Francis Retreat Center in Mount St. Francis, Ind. Participants will explore “images of God, ways and places of prayer, how God is present in our lives, the Mass and the great questions of faith,” according to a statement from the archdiocese’s Office of Lifelong Formation and Education. The cost of the retreat is $110.

For more information about the retreats, contact Dr. Carole Goodwin, director of youth and young adult ministry, at 448-8581.
