Region 3 parishes to hold mission with Father Knott

“Sent to Shine,” a parish mission, will be presented by Father J. Ronald Knott at parishes in Region 3 of the Archdiocese of Louisville March 23 to 25 from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. each night.

March 23 — St. Rita Church, 8709 Preston Highway, will host the mission on the subject “Tackling Your Own Apathy, Cynicism, Narcissism and Personal Neglect.”

March 24 — St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 11501 Maple Way, will host the mission on the subject “The Convenience of Playing Small.” Reconciliation will be offered, also.

March 25 — Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Church, 903 Fairdale Road, will host the mission on “Saying ‘No’ to Gossip, Jealousy and Suspicion.”

Simple refreshments will be provided each night. Father Knott will also be signing his books, which will be available for purchase at a discount.

The presentations will be recorded and shown the morning after each mission at 9 a.m. at St. Luke Church, 4211 Jim Hawkins Drive, and at 10:30 a.m. at St. Athanasius Church, 5915 Outer Loop.
