Most Reverend Shelton J. Fabre, Archbishop of Louisville, has appointed Reverend Charles C. Mungai, a member of the Franciscan Missionaries of Hope, associate pastor of St. Rose Priory Church and Holy Rosary Church in Springfield, Ky. He will reside at St. Rose. This appointment is effective March 31-July 1
