Knights of Columbus raise nearly $3,000 for Gilda’s Club

RecordLogo-FThe Knights of Columbus Bishop Flaget Council #13053 raised close to $3,000 for pediatric cancer patients and their families served by Gilda’s Club Louisville, a non-profit which offers social and emotional support to people suffering from cancer.

The money was raised through the Knights of Columbus’ 2016 Kentucky Cup Football Game Pool fundraiser. “We are honored that the Knights of Columbus chose to support the children and families who seek emotional and social cancer support at Gilda’s Club and greatly appreciate the generosity of all who give,” said Tonya Cook, the development director of Gilda’s Club.

Gilda’s Club Louisville, 633 Baxter Avenue, serves almost 1,700 people from seven Kentucky counties as well as Clark and Floyd counties in Indiana. For more information, visit www.gildasclublouisville.org.
