The Catholic Enrichment Center, 3146 West Broadway, will host its 9th Annual Heroes of Hope Awards Celebration on Nov. 19 at 6 p.m.
Six community leaders “who contribute to and support youth development, family and individual empowerment, the Archdiocese of Louisville’s Office of Multicultural Ministry and its Catholic Enrichment Center” will be honored, according to a news release from the Office of Multicultural Ministry.
This year’s honorees are:
James Alexander, JenCare Senior Medical Center; Raoul Cunningham, NAACP, Louisville Branch; Dorothy Ernest, Christ the King Church; Donna Holmes, St. Augustine Church; Louise Penman, St. Martin de Porres Church; Jackie Stamps, Immaculate Heart of Mary Church.
