Events for kindergarteners continue around town

kindergartencountdown-3.30.17-wKindergarten Countdown, a series of events for students entering kindergarten, will be hosted at various locations in Louisville this summer.

Children entering kindergarten receive a free T-shirt, which serves as a ticket for the child and an adult.

The next events are:

June 8 from 7:15 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. at the C. Douglass Ramey Amphitheater in Central Park for Bard Buddies, an interactive performance of “A Midsummer Night’s Dream.”

June 10 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Main Library, 301 York St., for storytelling by StageOne Storytellers.

June 10 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Frazier History Museum, 829 West Main St., for a day of fun and hands-on learning at our “Explorers and Trailblazers” themed second Saturday family day.
