The family of Bill and Janice Bramer, who are both deceased, will again host an “ALZFEST” fund-raising event from 5 p.m. until closing June 1 at Mike Linnig’s Place, 9308 Cane Run Road.
Mrs. Bramer suffered with Alzheimer’s Disease for 15 years before her death in 2010, and since then the Bramer family has held the fund-raising event to benefit the Alzheimer’s Association’s Memory Walk.
This year’s ALZFEST will include raffles, a silent auction a 50/50 drawing, face-painting and a live DJ. All prizes will be drawn at the end of the evening. For information, call Mary Jansen at 558-9805.
