Blanket-Lousville-2017Sean Vander Woude, a student at Corpus Christi Classical Academy, delivered bags of blankets to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul April 11. The school’s middle and high school students delivered about 1,000 blankets collected by Blanket Louisville to organizations that serve the poor and homeless. Donations came from schools, churches and businesses, said Kathy Fehder, director of Blanket Louisville and principal of Corpus Christi. The charity collects blankets throughout the year and the main distribution period is from October through March. Students who helped deliver the blankets are studying justice, she added.
