Children sang a Marian hymn during the 65th annual Living Rosary Procession Oct. 9 at Trinity High School, 4011 Shelbyville Road. Pictured, from left, are Clara and Madison Hulswede of Our Lady of Lourdes School and Hannah Christenson of St. Mary Academy.

They were among nearly 90 Catholic school children who formed the shape of the rosary during the presentation.

Brigadier General James Macpherson of the Knights of St. John International Commandery #103 in Louisville was honored for having attended every one of the 65 Living Rosaries. Macpherson, who is 93, is one of the founders of the event.
