Catholic elementary school educators will meet for a beginning of the school year program called “Open the Door of Faith” on Aug. 9.
The event will be held at St. Peter the Apostle Church, 5431 Johnsontown Road, and will begin at 9 a.m. Archbishop Joseph E. Kurtz will conduct Mass from 9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.
Following Mass, the Catholic Education Teacher Awards for elementary school teachers will be presented.
