The following schools took top spots in the Archdiocese of Louisville Book Bee competition. This year’s competition was held at St. Athanasius School on May 9. More than 300 students from 16 schools participated.
- St. Francis of Assisi School won the third-grade division. The runner-up was St. Albert the Great School, followed by St. Margaret Mary School in third.
- St. Albert the Great and St. Aloysius schools tied for first place in the fourth-grade division, followed by runner-up St. Gabriel School and third-place finisher St. Raphael School.
- St. Raphael School won the fifth-grade division, followed by runner-up St. Mary Academy, and St. Albert the Great in third place.
- The middle school division was dominated by St. Agnes School, followed by runner-up St. Aloysius School and Our Lady of Lourdes School in third place.
