The Archdiocese of Louisville Pastoral Center, 3940 Poplar Level Road, will be blessed by Archbishop Joseph E. Kurtz and opened to the public on Oct. 28. The event will begin at 1:30 p.m. in Holy Family Church, which is located on the same campus, with remarks by the archbishop and special guests.
