On March 17 at 3 p.m., Bishop Lopes will celebrate a Solemn Pontifical Mass in the Ordinariate Form at St. Martin of Tours.

The Ordinariate, established in 2012 by Pope Benedict and headquartered in Houston, is a diocese-like structure that spans the United States and Canada and encompasses Catholics who were nurtured in the Anglican tradition. The Our Lady and St. John Ordinariate Community of Louisville is hosted by St. Martin of Tours parish. Father Jonathan Erdman serves as the priest of the Ordinariate community and as associate pastor at St. Margaret Mary Church.
