Twenty-six Assumption High School students competed in the region three Future Business Leaders of America conference March 15.
Grace Gardone placed first in the public speaking II category. Leigh Ann Cunningham, Katie Shircliffe and Megan Malloy placed second in the emerging business-issues category. Sara Michels and Delaney Whelan placed second in the management decision-making category.
Six students will advance to the statewide competition scheduled for April 18 and 20 at the Galt House Hotel.
