Assumption High School names new principal

Martha Pfaadt Tedesco has been selected as the new principal of Assumption High School effective Aug. 4.

Tedesco, a 1990 Assumption alumna, has worked at the all-girls school for 20 years, most recently serving as an assistant principal as the dean of studies and dean of student activities.

She began her career at Assumption as an English and social studies teacher in 1994. She has also worked as Assumption’s dean of recruitment and admissions, assistant dean of studies, student activities director and field hockey coach.
