Churches to hold three-day
parish missions in March

  • St. Christopher Church in Radcliff, Ky., will host a three-day “Divine Mercy Mission” March 4, 5 and 6 at 7 p.m.
The mission will be presented by Michael Cumbie, who was raised in an evangelical and fundamentalist tradition in the deep south and underwent a conversion to Catholicism. Cumbie now travels the nation speaking about the Catholic Church, a faith he once despised.

  • St. Paul Church at 6901 Dixie Highway will hold a three-night parish mission called “The Prayer Before the Crucifix” March 12, 13 and 14. The mission will be led by Franciscan Father Charlie Smiech and programs will begin at 7 p.m. each night. The mission is free and everyone is welcome to attend. For information, call Bettye C. Corbett at 937-6414.
