Archdiocese of Louisville’s Life Conference open for registration

RecordLogo-F“Moved by Mercy,” the Archdiocese of Louisville’s Life Conference will be held Oct. 22 at St. Michael Church, 3707 Stone Lakes Drive.

The conference is designed to celebrate the Year of Mercy by “exploring human dignity through an exploration of key life issues,” according to a news release from the archdiocese.

The day will begin at 8:30 a.m. and will include a keynote address by Archbishop Joseph E. Kurtz followed by personal testimonies from those who have “experienced and shared mercy in the areas of abortion, the death penalty, immigration and racism,” the release said. There will also be lunch and Mass. The day will conclude at 2:30 p.m.

The fee is $30 for adults and $20 for students. Registration is available online at www.archlou.org/life.
