Call 899-6842 to schedule an appointment; space is limited. Funding is available for those who are uninsured. Exams will be billed for those with insurance.

For more information about the fair, call the Catholic Enrichment Center at 776-0262.

The event is an implementation of the Archdiocese of Louisville’s strategic plan and is made possible through the Catholic Services Appeal.
