‘A Week with Thomas Merton’ program now open to area commuters

Bellarmine University’s Road Scholar Program, “A Week with Thomas Merton” is now open to participants from the Louisville area who wish to commute.

The program is designed for those who have an interest in Thomas Merton and want to “gain a greater understanding of his life and work,” said a statement from the school.

The cost for commuters is $549 and includes five lunches and dinners, a visit to the Abbey of Gethsemani and transportation to field trips. The deadline to register is Dec. 18.
