The Franciscan Kitchen, formerly the Franciscan Shelter House, at 748 S. Preston St. will hold its seventh annual reverse raffle and silent auction on Sept. 28 in St. Stephen Martyr Church’s Marteen Hall, 2931 Pindell Avenue. Dors open at 5 p.m. with a Chinese auction. Buffet dinner begins at 6 p.m. and the reverse raffle begins at 7 p.m.
It will include three raffles each with 14 winners with prizes ranging from $3,500 to $10. Tickets are $75, $50 and $25. Only 200 tickets will be sold for each raffle. Dinner tickets are $15.
