Archdiocese to offer youth ministry certificate program

The Archdiocese of Louisville will offer a Youth Ministry Specialization certificate for adults who work with adolescents in archdiocesan parishes or schools.

The training is for volunteers, school teachers, catechists and people who serve in parish youth ministry. The program includes 24 sessions that meet on Thursday nights from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. It begins Sept. 12 and will continue throughout the next calendar year.
