The Archdiocese of Louisville’s Office of Worship will offer Communion Minister Formation for those preparing to serve as extraordinary ministers of Holy Communion and for those presently serving who need to renew their mandate.
The one-session formation program is available on the following dates:
- May 28 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at St. Michael Church, 3705 Stone Lakes Drive.
- June 22 from 10 a.m. to noon at Mary Queen of Peace Church, 4005 Dixie Highway.
- July 15 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at St. Raphael Church, 2900 Bardstown Rd.
- Aug. 3 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at St. Dominic Church in Springfield.
- Aug. 13 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at St. Francis Xavier Church in Mount Washington.
- Oct. 14 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at St. Rita Church, 8709 Preston Highway.
- Nov. 17 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Mary Queen of Peace, 4005 Dixie Highway.
