Frank and Ruth Bickett Woo, members of St. Stephen Martyr Church, will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary on Jan. 22. Mrs. Woo is a retired teaching assistant. Mr. Woo is a retired accountant. The couple have four children and eight grandchildren.
