Contemplative Outreach plans enrichment weekend Oct. 5-6

Contemplative Outreach of Kentucky will hold its annual fall enrichment weekend Oct. 5 and 6 at the Ursuline Motherhouse Library, 3115 Lexington Road. The subject will be “activating the resources of the soul using suffering energy as a contemplative practice.”

Dr. Jane Thibault will discuss “multi-faith theories of suffering on Oct. 5 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. The cost is a donation. On Oct. 6, she will discuss the “practice of dedicated suffering” from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The cost for this presentation is $20 and includes lunch.
